My mission is to bring joy back to your creative process, your energy, and how you move through the world.
We do not live in a bi-colored or even tri-colored world — we live in a multi-colored world with different sensibilities, different ways of seeing, and different ways of being.
There is value in all points of view — whether LGBTQIA+, culturally different, globally aware, brown, black, white, indifferent — in all the ways you identify and all the ways your creativity shines, embrace your talents and how they show up for you.

I’m a creativity expert, entrepreneur, healer, designer, author and teacher.
I have a BS and MS in interior architecture with 25 years of experience designing branded environments.
My interest in the relationship between the built environment and our innate sense of time and space began at age 16 and has not wavered since.
The pandemic opened up my creativity by helping me see the link between creative joy and health. I developed my own systems for greater impact on our overall creative health presented on this website.
I live with my two kids in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
