If your team needs to recharge their creative batteries, struggling on a project, or experiencing what I call a team creative block, I can work with you in a group setting to get you back on the path toward fulfillment.

What might a team creative block look like?

  • Struggling brands may have a miscommunication between their creator and their voice, even if it’s a team creation.

  • When all the data has been collected for your brand or service, you may think: Where do we go from here? Or if you have an existing brand that requires more, I provide assistance with uncovering where it should sit culturally. (This is not a financial study, save that for your next board discussion.)

  • Team relating issues such as trust in the workplace, feeling fulfilled, not being seen or heard as an individual, all relate to workplace culture and ethics.

  • Spotlight your product or service. For team members who feel stuck related to project work, end product, goal or deliverables, brand, or service either client driven or internal projects. This in-person session will cover the Creative Life Concept for Business and Branding Fun, but will be tailored to your specific needs.

  • No trust exercises or free falls necessary, listen with stereoscopic sound. For teams struggling to find their voice. This in-person session uses the Thought Starters techniques and the Creative Life Concept for Business plus additional material for your specific requirements.

  • No personality tests will be administered. If your team needs a creativity refresher, this session is just as fun as going to the tropics … just kidding. But it will be fun and enjoyable. For all those hoping to reconnect to your creativity and looking for a new level of engagement. This in-person session proves the Creative Culture can exist and coaches your team through play. All team sessions are scheduled Monday - Thursday and are an all day event, 9 am - 3 pm.

Pick which path you prefer and then email me with details about your particular situation that will help me understand what you require. I will respond within 72 hours with a proposal that includes more specifics. Once we agree to our terms, we can schedule the date.

Investment for this session is $400.00 US to be paid in full when the session date has been scheduled. You are free to cancel at any time before the session for a full refund. I do not offer refunds after the event has taken place.

  • Right now team session scheduling is only for the greater Rochester, NY area.

individual creativity coaching

All individual coaching will follow the steps below. I recommend a minimum of these four sessions, but it’s up to you. Your creativity is innate to you and how you move through it is individual, even if you’re feeling blocked right now.

start-up

Prior to this session, I will email you a worksheet to help you understand your process more and give you idea starters if you need them. I like to write notes because it helps me remember what we talked about. After each session, I will send you my notes, which will be on the initial worksheet.

beginning

In this session you start to uncover ways to meet your goals or find a new level of awareness through your brand. If you are working on your leadership style, be sure to keep it real and find the solution within your own relating sense. If you are working on a creative or life block, find the solution as you uncover ways of relating that aren’t related to you, or work on your own way of doing things, not what you think other people think you should think. (It’s all for fun and that’s the point!)

middle

Keep going! Don’t fall apart in the middle or feel your abdomen isn’t strong enough. Your core creativity comes from within you and you can find the right solution if you sit with it for a while. It doesn’t all have to fall in place at once and most likely won’t, so enjoy the path you’re on. The joy is in the journey, as they say. No sit-ups required (unless you like doing them).

An ending is just another beginning, so if you require more sessions after this one, we can work out the details here. Otherwise, have fun during this last session to either enjoy the fruits of your labor or exploring the path to get you there.
